We are officially the Texile Dialogue!
The former Partnership has transformed into the Dialogue and Impact for Sustainable Textiles:
A multi-stakeholder network bringing together committed international, European and local stakeholders to promote a socially, environmentally and economically sustainable textile and clothing industry. The focus is on practical exchanges, knowledge transfer, and the development of initiatives with the involvement of local actors.
About the Textile Dialogue
A strong multi-stakeholder network
The Dialogue and Impact for Sustainable Textiles (DST) is committed worldwide to a socially, ecologically, and economically sustainable textile and apparel industry – an industry that respects human rights along the entire value chain while simultaneously protecting the climate and the environment. The network emerged from the former “Partnership for Sustainable Textiles” (2014–2025).

Participation in the Dialogue and Impact for Sustainable Textiles
The format brings together committed international, European, and local stakeholders from business, trade unions, civil society, academia, sustainability initiatives/standards, as well as the German Federal Government (BMZ, BMAS, BMUKN). Participants aim for continuous improvement in the implementation of their due diligence obligations and actively advocate for a sustainable textile and apparel industry. They contribute actively to the dialogue, benefit from the pooled expertise and experience within the network, and can participate in implementation projects.
